These conditions regulate the use of the Caphunters gift card.
The gift card is a digital code valid for purchases at Caphunters. It is a bearer document and its use corresponds to whoever has the code.
After purchase, the buyer receives the gift card code by email. They can share it by any means they prefer.
The code is entered in the cart and deducted from the order total, including shipping costs. It can be used on one or multiple orders until the balance is exhausted. If the order exceeds the balance, the difference is paid with another payment method.
The gift card purchase amount is between €10 and €1000.
The gift card can be used for 5 years from the date of purchase.
Returns of products purchased with a gift card are refunded first by increasing the balance of the gift card used. If the amount to be refunded exceeds what was paid with the gift card, the remainder is refunded to the other payment method used in the purchase.
You have 30 calendar days from receiving the email to change your mind and withdraw from the purchase, provided the code has not been used in whole or in part.
Cancellation within this period entails a full refund of the card. No partial refunds are made, nor are cards refunded once used or after the 30-day period.
The gift card is a bearer document. Caphunters is not responsible for misuse or unauthorized use of the code.
